Order Processing

Orders will typically ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email to confirm your order, and another email with tracking information once it ships.

Made-to-order items will take a bit longer, as they need to be put together. Please allow 5-8 extra days on these (usually it’s closer to 2, but things sometimes get in the way).

Shipping

Shipping from Alaska can take up to 2 days longer than average, especially if items are shipped later in the week. For orders within the U.S. please allow 5-7 business days for your order to travel—tracking information is available when viewing your order (as long as it has shipped) or your shipment notification email.

Shipping rates have been difficult to predict lately. If your order is on the heavy side or shipping internationally, we may contact you to discuss additional shipping charges or refund your order. Extra shipping will be paid via Stripe Payment Link as a separate transaction. We will NEVER charge your payment method automatically.
