Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your product, Trash Bird Treasures accepts returns and exchanges. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the nature of custom and personalized orders, we cannot accept returns for these unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

To request a return or exchange, reach out to contact@trashbirdtreasures.com or fill out our Contact Form within 14 days of delivery. Do not ship returns without receiving a confirmation email of return or exchange. Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of initial delivery.
